At Riforma Studio, classes are designed to support mindful movement, strength, alignment, and consistent practice. Each session focuses on thoughtful instruction and intentional progress, helping you build strength and control over time.

Classes are kept intentionally small, with 7 reformers per session to allow for a more personal, guided experience. The studio is equipped with Balanced Body Studio Reformers, offering smooth, precise resistance to support controlled and effective movement.

Small Group Reformer Classes

Small group reformer classes are the foundation of Riforma Studio. Designed for those who want focused instruction in a supportive setting, these sessions combine strength, alignment, and controlled movement on the reformer. With fewer participants in each class, instructors can offer attentive guidance while maintaining a calm, focused environment that helps clients move with greater awareness and confidence.

  • Designed for those new to reformer Pilates or anyone looking to strengthen their understanding of the fundamentals. Classes focus on alignment, control, and building a strong movement foundation.

  • An intermediate class that expands on foundational movements while offering progressions and modifications. Clients develop greater strength, coordination, and body awareness.

  • An advanced class focused on precision, endurance, and refined movement. Participants should be comfortable with reformer fundamentals and ready to deepen their practice.

CLASS LEVELS

Focused Series

Semi-private classes that are built around a specific theme or area of focus. The same small group trains together over multiple weeks, allowing for more personalized guidance and a deeper understanding of the work. With a consistent group and steady progression, the experience becomes more supportive, focused, and intentional.
